When children are in school, they are part of a community and by wearing a simple school uniform we hope to promote a feeling of equality, partnership and belonging. We therefore encourage school uniform for all children. All items of uniform and personal possessions should be named.

Children should wear black shoes that will allow them to run around and get the most out of their playtimes (no trainers). It is important to ensure your child’s shoes/boots do not have a high heel. In the case of bad weather when children come to school in wellingtons, shoes must be brought to change into.
The school sweatshirts, cardigans and polo shirts featuring the school logo are available School Trends.
P.E. kits should be stored in a drawstring bag that will easily hang on a coat peg. This should be brought into school on a Monday for the week. Large sports bags will not be permitted.
For PE lessons all pupils and teachers will be expected to have their hair tied back and all jewellery removed. (If ears have been recently pierced and studs cannot be removed, parents should contact the Head Teacher.)
School uniform and PE kit is a required part of our school uniform policy. We appreciate that school uniform can be expensive therefore we are happy for pupils to wear generic cardigans or jumpers without the school logo if they wish.
